Welcome to our Concierge Program. We strive to make the treatment process as smooth and seamless as possible for both you and your loved ones.

 

Our Concierge team will help assist you in making arrangements to visit with us, so your trip will go smoothly. Since many of our patients have flown in to see us from various parts of the USA and the rest of the world, we are accustomed to the demands of patients with complex travel needs.

 

Other door-to-door services range from assisting with obtaining X-Rays and MRIs when you arrive, arranging to see a medical doctor prior to surgery, helping with hospital check-ins, and making postoperative arrangements for physical therapy before you leave to go back home.

 

Our concierge can also help your family members with their arrangements to accompany you to visit us at iMIS. South Florida has many attractions in addition to our great weather, beaches, and restaurants.
